These therapists also assess patients who may require special equipment such as wheelchairs, scooters, grab bars, and elevated toilets.
Our speech therapy clinicians are highly trained in language and swallowing difficulties, which include dysphagia and aphasia, that is a result of any traumatic injuries or disease processes. Our speech therapist are also trained in memory cognition assessments where we engage dementia and alzheimer's disease processes.
Skilled nursing care includes services that can only be provided by a licensed nurse. Some examples of skilled nursing care are Injections, tube feedings, catheter changes, assessment of the patient’s condition, management of the patient’s care plan, and wound care. Our nurses also provide education on disease processes and medication review.
Under the direction of out licensed skilled clinicians, home health aides assist our clients with actives of daily living such as:
Someone to provide companionship and assist with activities of daily living for a loved one up to 24 hours. These services are paid for privately by an individual or entity.
